1 Hour Group Reiki Session

Service Description

What to expect during a 60-80 min GROUP Reiki session (4-6 people) with me: It is not much different than the 1:1 sessions. There will still be the opportunity to briefly discuss, or at least write down your main goal for the session. Essential oils, guided meditation, relaxing music, crystals and eye masks will be used. Please bring your own mat and pillow for your head/knees. You also have the option to sit in a (provided) chair. During the session, I will essentially be creating a healing energy vortex/bubble and touch on each person individually. I will take notes for each person on what I sensed energetically, which you are welcomed to keep. After the treatment, we can debrief as a group and share our experiences, if you choose! If not, feel free to take a moment to journal. Service is paid for at the time of booking. Gratuities are accepted in person at time of service.
